Terms of Service

By using TxtBack ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to both TxtBack subscribers (businesses using the platform) and end users (customers who receive SMS messages).

TxtBack provides an automated missed-call SMS response service for tradespeople and small businesses. When a call to a subscriber's business goes unanswered, TxtBack automatically sends an SMS to the caller on the business's behalf. Subscribers may also use AI-assisted messaging features on the AI Pro plan.

By calling a business that uses TxtBack, you may receive an automated SMS response from that business. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency is approximately 1–10 messages per interaction.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS from that business.

TxtBack does not send unsolicited marketing messages. All SMS messages are sent in direct response to an inbound call initiated by the recipient.

TxtBack subscribers must provide accurate account information and are responsible for all activity under their account. Subscribers must comply with all applicable laws, carrier guidelines, and CTIA messaging standards when using the Service.

You may not use TxtBack to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages to people who have opted out
• Transmit illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law including TCPA
• Impersonate another business or person

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

TxtBack subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. No refunds are issued for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TxtBack does not guarantee uninterrupted service, message delivery, or specific business outcomes. We are not responsible for carrier-level message filtering or delays.

TxtBack's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
