TxtBack ("we," "us," or "our") operates txtback.org and provides an automated missed-call SMS response service for tradespeople and small businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We use collected information to:

• Send automated SMS responses to missed callers on behalf of TxtBack subscribers
• Facilitate appointment scheduling and customer follow-up
• Provide subscribers with call and message history in their dashboard
• Improve and maintain our service

We do not sell, share, rent, or trade mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with any third party for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers collected through our service are used solely to deliver SMS messages on behalf of the specific TxtBack subscriber whose business the caller contacted.

Message frequency varies based on customer-initiated interactions — typically 1–10 messages per interaction. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of messages at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Twilio — to send and receive SMS messages
• Supabase — for secure data storage
• Stripe — to process subscriber payments
• Anthropic — to power AI-assisted message responses (AI Pro plan only)

These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and are not permitted to use your data for independent marketing purposes.

Call and SMS records are retained for as long as a TxtBack subscriber account is active. Subscribers may delete their data at any time from their dashboard. We will delete all associated data within 30 days of account cancellation upon request.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data storage, HTTPS, and access controls to protect your information.
